1. Who we are

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the seller above. "You" refers to the customer placing an order on this store.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. They do not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

3. Products

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may vary slightly from one screen to another. Dimensions and weights are given with a reasonable tolerance.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send you the order confirmation email, after payment has cleared. Until then no contract exists.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available or a price was shown in error, we cancel the order and refund you in full, without deduction.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. They include the taxes applicable at the point of sale unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to your order is the one displayed when you confirmed it.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, by one of the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is not prepared until payment has cleared.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We deliver to the address you give us at checkout. Please check it carefully before confirming your order. In any case we dispatch no later than 30 days after the order. If we cannot, you may cancel and be refunded in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, write to us at ecdxllc@gmail.com with your order number. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. The full procedure is in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

Every product carries a two year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. It does not cover damage caused by airline or carrier handling, normal wear, accidents, or misuse. If a defect appears, write to us with photographs and your order number. We repair, replace or refund, at our choice, and we cover the return shipping.

This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects that apply under the consumer law of the country where you live.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses.

We process your personal data only to handle your order and to answer you. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The name Maison Favero, the texts, photographs and designs on this store are protected. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
