Return and Refund Policy

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you want to return it. You do not have to give a reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal under European consumer law, and we apply it to every order wherever you live.

How to return an item

Write to ecdxllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Keep the proof of postage.

Please do not send anything back before receiving our instructions. Parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Condition of returned items

Items must come back complete, unused, with all accessories, tags and the original protective cover or packaging. You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop. An item that has been used or travelled cannot be returned as new. If an item comes back damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss of value.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered. In those cases we cover the return.

Refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving your proof of postage, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order. It covers the price of the goods and the standard outbound shipping cost. If you chose a faster shipping method, the difference is not refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged on arrival or defective

Photograph the damage and the packaging and write to ecdxllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the item or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping. Every product also carries a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Terms and Conditions.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you want to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet, write to us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not left us, we cancel and refund in full. If it has already left, the return procedure above applies.
